Athletics Hall of Fame Event

This project focused on promoting the Athletics Hall of Fame event, where I played a key role in driving engagement and awareness. I managed social media postings across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, crafting compelling content to attract attendees. Additionally, I executed email marketing campaigns to reach our audience directly, keeping informed and excited. To enhance the event experience I also designed eye-catching signage that reflected the spirit of the Hall of Fame.

Social Media

Our social media campaign brought the themes of legacy, teamwork, and tradition to life by connecting generations of Loyola athletes. Through a blend of archival yearbook imagery (1970s–2010s inductees) and current student-athlete photography, we celebrated the Hall of Fame class while illustrating the program’s ongoing story. The campaign positioned event support as an investment in both honoring the past and sustaining future success.

Email Marketing

The email campaign leveraged both broad and highly targeted communications to maximize engagement. In addition to campus-wide alumni emails, we delivered personalized messages to select class years, spotlighting inductees from their graduating class. This approach increased relevance, strengthened alumni affinity, and helped drive event participation.
